Good idea - we always wore bike pants at high school under our (knee length) skirts to stop the boys looking up our skirts (apparently!)

i don't think it can count as a fashion crime if no one can see it! i've done it before when wearing skirts - something like those spanks ones (just can't remember which brand) but bike shorts would do the trick nicely.

I do this! I have a pair of undies nicknamed my 'big mumma pants' lol. They resemble bikepants, and suck in my c/s scar flappy tummy. It's not a crime at all. I thought I was pretty clever lol.

I have worn shorts before under dress's for this exact reason I hate the chaffing and pain ouch ouch.
