I use "3B Action Cream" where I'm prone to chaffing and it's MAGIC!!! I used to get awful chafe between my (very generous) thighs to the point of bleeding but if I put this on on the morning, no probs at all!!! Even on really hot days!!! You get it at the chemist...can you tell I LOVE this stuff!

I've been known to do this, you just have be careful sometimes cos if the bike pants are fairly cottony sometimes they're a bit 'grabby' so the dress doesn't flow quite as well as it might.

While we're on the (TMI) topic of chafing, etc, I've used cornstarch powder with pretty good results, I keep a tiny shaker of it in my handbag for longer wearing. I've also just realised that you can use antiperspirant products in places other than your underarms. This is a recent concept for me... who knew? It's like a revelation. So I'll be testing that out a bit mroe in the thigh-al region as the weather hots up.

Or I might just try the 3B stuff.
