The best hand cream I've found is one from Nutrogena, I think it's called swiss formula or something like that. It's available from the supermarket and comes in a white tube with red and blue writing. It's great, my hands have been so dry (still trying to get used to this cold Melbourne weather, we're new to VIC) and it works wonders. Not too expensive either which is a bonus!

I started using the Gaia Baby Moisturiser on my hands (it was the nearest thing to hand pardon the pun). It is amazing - my hands are much better now. I'm just going to keep using it rather than buy an expensive product.

EXACTLY what I was going to suggest. I used to work in the operating suite where I washed my already psoritic hands about 15-20 times a day with harsh stuff. Nutrogena worked so well.
