Hi Jesabell, I also have sensitive hands and sometimes during winter they even bleed. I am using Hemp Hand Protector from Body Shop and found it to be really good so far. I always keep it in my bag From personal experience, I found Sorbolene or Shea Butter (although I really love the fragrance!) a bit greasy for hands, while Hemp absorbs into your skin pretty quickly.
