Yes fish oil is actually great during pregnancy as the omega fatty acids assist in baby's brain development. Just make sure you pick a reputable brand that uses fish oil that's not mercury tainted. I chose not to take EPO as it is believed to effect hormones - which is why it's used for PMT etc

I never know what brand fish oil to get. I used to get one from a naturopath but it's such a hassle because she's a bit out of my way. The last batch I got from a health food shop made me feel sick.
I used to take flaxseed. Should try some more actually. My skin is quite dry after kiddies.

I too was taking one from the naturopath but she's about 30 min away and it just wasn't practicle. The one i got is NutraLife, it's fish oil + Vitamin D.

I would ask for a sample of moo goo before you lash out as every skin is different and it might not suit your skin type!

Sukin is another great organic option as is Kora. I would email a few companies they are usually more than happy to send some samples out

I use sukin too for cleansing. I LOVE it. My skin has never been so good, it's very well priced as well.

The cream or gel/foaming one? I can't use the Sukin foaming cleanser. It doesn't have SLS which is great but it still dries out my skin leaving it feeling tight- some skins just can't handle a foaming cleanser.

Charlotte if you are sensitive I agree you should try some samples first as you don't know what you'll react to. Even 100% organic or natural products can irritate sensitive skin depending on what provokes the sensitivity.

Got my moogoo a few days ago and been using it twice a day and my skin is sooo soft and nice. My makeup even goes on alot better with the moisturiser underneath.

Another question: Got a free sample of the Goat's Milk Cleansing Bar.

Do I use it on my face instead of my other cleansers?? It came with no instructions!!!

Not sure I really like the smell of it. Kinda like off milk/a bit vomitty.

You shouldn't use soap on your face. Goats milk in itself is fine on the face but the ingredients needed to make soap what it is- a solid bar that bubbles - can irritate or dry the skin. I think they also do a body wash that might be better for the face
