steer clear of anything that has a fruit base, as this will aid in drying ur hair out.

there is heaps of good conditioners out there. But my best bet for u is to go grab urself a treatment. You can do it at home (buy the treatments from anywhere really.. um salons, some supermarkets) or you can pay to get it done at a salon. Your hair will thank you. Also if your hair is long, think about getting a couple of inches cut off.

    gotta run....

    ps. hairdresser advice above.

Ooh I didn't know about the fruit base drying out thing, geez they are always going on about how fabulous it is....

the Moisture Mask is Brazil Nut based and for about $25 it will last you for AGES.

I use the MOPS organic products and I swear by the conditioners.

I shampoo my hair once a week and after the shampoo I do a mask and then leave in conditioner. But I only do it once a week, the more you wash it, the dryer it will get.

I always find both Sunsilk and Garnia really good. But a tip is to only shampoo your roots (unless you really need to do the rest) as ive found shampoo can really dry out my hair and ends.

not saying a fruit based shampoo and cond isnt good for your hair. Im using one atm coz my hair has been really oily this past few weeks. Im just saying that if ur hair is dry its best them ones are avoided.
