    Handbags?

Does $90 seem too much for a handbag?

Normally I just have cheapy ones, but have never found one that I love to pieces until yesterday! I found a lady on eBay that makes these amazing fabric bags. She has a stack of different colour choices, patterns & combos to pick from and I've found a combo that I just love & the bag style is just what I want as well.

My only issue is that it seems like a lot of money for a handbag. It's not a brand name or anything at all, just a handmade pretty unique looking bag. I keep looking at it & thinking it would be absolutely perfect for me. Ooooh I don't know, I never spend this much on myself!!

If it is everything you have ever dreamed off for a bag then get it. Why not?. It isn't like you will be buying another next year (well you hope not lol)

I think $90 is quite reasonable for a unique, good quality handbag.

The last time I brought a handbag was before I had kids LOL, and I think it was $80 for a Cobb & Co brand one. I have spent nearly that much on other bags though, like PVC covered totes etc, so I don't see a problem with it at all. And if next year you decide you don't like it, then put it away and use it again another time.

Do it. I am an accessory addict, and I think $90 is money well spent on a handbag! (PS Can you email her details? LOL! They sound gorgeous!)

Nothing finer than spending a bit on a little luxury for yourself Sarah......you deserve it! xx

Another thing i thought of too, even though it isn't a brand name, it is handmade so the quality would be a lot better than a commercially made bag similar to it.

Good on you Sarah. I am sure it will last heaps longer than other bags anyway so you can justify it as value for money. I know what you mean though as I would struggle to spend that much on myself too.

Now I want to buy another handbag! I love hand bags and I don't think you can ever have too many! Sounds like a great buy to me.

Caro I am like you - I spent crazy $$$ on an Oroton hangbag (bought a briefcase at the same time). It was a few years back and I found the receipt the other day and nearly cried - it's almost our car rego and insurance payment
So $90 isn't much for something you love

My bag just arrived & I'm most impressed It's exactly as I pictured it. The only thing is that it's massive, I hadn't realise, me being slack & not checking the dimensions properly LOL! All good though because it will be the perfect sized nappy bag when our next little bubba comes along. And I can even fit my macbook in there hehe.

Off to play with it & take some photos! Will upload some soon.

Okay here it is I think it's too big for an every day bag seeing as I don't need to take heaps of things for Zander all the time. But when we go out for a whole day it will be perfect Aaron says I should see if she'll make me the same but half the size for every day!!

I've also added on a picture of the matching wipes pouch and here with it all packed up ready to go. In the last photo you can see the Macbook fitting in perfectly!
