Thankks guys i dont think i can afford 600 either might try the colgate one my teeth rnt that bad but i just would like to give it a go see if it makes much of a difference

i havent tried bicarb either might try

Em ... let us know if you find the Colgate whitening kit as i went hunting today and couldn't find it

I tried a couple of big name chemist shops here and a Priceline but nothing not even an unavailable tag on shelf (might ask the shop assistant next time) !! Might Google and see if can buy online somewhere

I currently have the mouthguard one with the gel from my dentist it was $450 for 3 tubes full that u put a tiny bit on the guard then sleep with it on it works really really well! Though only downfull my teeth were a lil sensitive after so use sensodyne before you start it

Miss K ... did you have to have a mould done of your teeth so they could make the teeth guard that you put the whitening gel in ?? ... Was curious if yours was a different technique
