I agree, take a breath before talking, and if you can practise a sort of mock interview with someone that will do you all sorts of good - it's why students do practice exams and work experience/placements. So when the real thing happens, you have a sense of what you're doing.
Drink lots of water to be well hydrated, which will help your skin and you won't have dry lips.
The others are spot on with clothes that aren't too busy, you're best to go for your detail texture-wise as opposed to pattern/colour wise. Just keep it simple with jewellery, the bright lights will make you look lovely enough and you don't want to look like you're supposed to be on Dancing with the Stars.
