    Question Matching underwear

Who out there wears matching underwear? I think I have one set that i've had for about 6 years lol! I never bothered before but now i'm a free woman i'm thinking about it again!

Those who do - why do you? And is it expensive?

Those who don't - why not?

Does anyone just ahave a few sets that they bust out for special occasions lol?!!

Since having the girls i havent but I used to ALWAYS wear matching sets! I just liked how i felt, i felt more special in it than my ods and ends - Last month i did go get fitted for new bras though and got a few sets but it is to expensive to buy lots in one go, I used to buy a new set every couple weeks untill i had draws full of them!

    I say go for it...

I've just started to again, since finally being out of maternity bras after over 4 years. But I've only got a couple of sets. The bras that fit mostly have undies I don't like LOL!

When I get down to my ideal size then my girlfriend and I are going on a trip down south to Victoria Secret and get me matching undies/bras. In London I used to, I used to have 2 knickers for every bra and never went without matching sets on. It used to make me feel extra special, considering one job I had we had a very strict dress code so I was in business suits every day, it was just extra special knowing I had matching bra, knickers and suspender belt (we HAD to wear pantihose/stockings every day) on under my business suit.

i used to - everything i owned had matching pieces - and like punkin, i had two knickers for every bra.

unfortunately, the bras died before the knickers, and i'm kinda over the whole thing now. can't find nice bigger bust bras with knickers that match and aren't granny knickers! so i have a couple of special sets for when i need a confidence boost (post baby now - can't cope with the underwires at the moment!) but i just wear whatever is available

LOL Astrid. Matching panties AND bra? Only for 'special' around here *wink wink nudge nudge* LOL. I'ts just not practical for me to wear nice matching underwear at home because the manufacturers just don't *do* comfortable and practical for big boobed women. I do have some gorgeous stuff from Elle McPherson and Oroton though.

I love wearing matching underwear but I don't have very many 'nice' matching sets that fit me post DD. They are so expensive! I at least like to wear the same colour top and bottom if I can help it!

I always did. But then got pregnant with DS and once I was in maternity bras it was all over. I breastfed him for 18 months by which time I was pregnant again so I'm still in maternity bras. I did try for a while to buy matching coloured underpants so at least I was all one colour but that died off a long time ago. I just wear those bright coloured Bonds undies with my maternity bras now.

I plan to breastfeed Number Two for a year...so all my lovely lacy, satiny, silky undies and matching bras are still in the drawer. They've been there for 2 years so far. I have no idea if I will be able to wear them again once I stop breastfeeding...I've heard so many stories about boob shrinkage!
