Not jeans, so what to wear in winter?

I personally wear jeans or black pants and all too often was seen wearing trackies out and about
Lately i've bought some 3/4 black cargo style pants and they are extremely comfy so i might keep an eye out for something similar in a full length coming into winter.

I wear cargos or casual dresses and skirts with tights and wear boots or ballet flats. I do wear jeans but find they don't fit that well. Have you tried mens jeans instead of womens? They tend to fit better around the waist & not so high up....
