yep skirts/dresses with tights and boots. much nicer looks anyway and with a dress your whole look is decided! try a few styles for what suits you (wrap dresses, long, short, stretchy, clingy etc) and then get a few that you can mix and match.
metallicus is great, also vigorella is siilar with diff styles - both good as you can wash and wear - no ironing etc. Also Country road, witchery and seed femme - invest in a few staples and also some cardigans, jackets and you will be set.

I'm loving the shorts over tights look- but worried that I'm a bit old for that
Leggings are super comfy- but you definetly need the right top to go with them.
I bought some stretchy woolen baggy jumper type things from supre (of all places) they look nice with leggings.
Well I hope they do anyway
