Oriental Ball in 6 weeks - HELP!

The invites FINALLY went out for the mid year function at DH's company - event is July 31, invites went out yesterday

They don't actually mention a theme, last year was 'Bling' which was easy enough. This year the invites are all Red Dragon/Asian/Oriental themed, and it says to 'prepare for a night of mystery and intrigue'.

HELP, I need a dress! The women at these things always go all out, so DH and pretty much given me an unlimited budget (within reason), the only thing I need to do now is find a dress! So what sites/shops do you go to?

How about Intangible? I've had a couple of nice dresses from there, plus skirt and top options. Some have been bridesmaid ones and some have been for a ball.

Maybe go plain black with some fancy beaded pashmina and some gorgeous bling??? Not very exciting, but I'm not very adventurous when it comes to clothes!

how about a cheongsam, one of those pretty silky Chinese dresses? Black with a red print would look smashing!
