I dont use anything on my babies but pure Olive Oil!!!

What they really need to do now is get rid of J&J at hospitals... all those newborns getting washed in chemicals for their very first bath

Its scary, but not necessarily a fact filled thing... when I read words like "probable" and when it says that they contain formaldehyde but later explain that it happens over time, so if the products aren't used quickly.

We don't use products that have words we don't know on them So we use natural products without chemicals or preservatives. I just reckon its safer to know whats in what we put on our bodies.

Formaldehyde is scary. Its often used in vaccinations as well. But the main use of formaldehyde is to preserve tissue... so like if you take a biopsy of something on a person you send it to pathology in formalin which is formaldehyde. Noice thing to put on skin on purpose or to inject...

Ironically, DS had a reaction to the gaia stuff!

So I just don't use anything in their baths. I also use olive oil if their skin is a bit dry and for baby massage when he was little.

Ohhhh a soothing bath thing is to put a handful of rolled oats with 4 drops of lavender oil into an old stocking, tie it off and pop it in the bath!

I know, I didn't know they used J&J at the hospital and the midwife took us to show us how to bath her and just squirted some in before I could say anything saying this is what you need to use, etc.
