Mum used sorbolene, she said it was the only thing that helped and it's the cheapest and shower as soon as you get out.

I have some special soap specifically made for prolonged chlorine exposure but I cant remember the name of it.

    Def the sorbolene.

Im having huge issues with my scalp being very dry and getting dandruff even though I wash my hair with a swim wash (chlorine specific) and then normal shampoo/conditioner.

You can buy sorbolene cream WITHOUT glycerine from the chemist, often its behind the counter. The glycerine can sometimes dry your skin further

thanks everyone, apparentely you can get a silicone based cream that acts as a barrier so going to try that as well as getting the RPR chlorine hair wash, even if i wash straight away i get itchy, drives me nuts
