I think Australia is different in terms of sun damage studies due to that pesky hole in the ozone layer right over us!

I think moisturiser helps but probably more in how my skin feels rather than how it looks. Some eye creams do make a short term difference in terms of puffiness and dark circle under my eyes which make a difference to how I look.
