I have never followed fashion. I live in jeans. Love jeans. I like very simple clothes, no frills or sparkly bits, no patterns or prints. I love cooler weather because I like to be a little more covered up and I always feel a little more well presented. I have only just bought my first pair of skinny jeans though, still not to sure about them. I usually just wear bootcut.
