I have a couple of questions about ageing and I have shared my answers also.

    1. How old are you (if you don't mind sharing)? I'm 41 in June

    2. How do you feel about getting older? It doesn't bother me at all. I don't feel any older now than I did 10 years ago.

    3. Have you noticed your face starting to age? When did you start noticing? It's only if I closely examine my face in the mirror that I see the fine lines around my eyes. But I don't mind the imperfections. Every line tells a story. I think I'm blessed with good genes.

    4. Do you have a specific skin care routine? If so, does that change as you age? I've started using Kosmea skin care range. I love love love the rose oil. My skin feels fabulous ater using it. My skin care regime has never been strict. The only skin care thing I'm stringent with is moisturising my hands. Hands will always tell the truth about your age and get neglected all too often.

In a nut shell I actually think I look better than I did in my 20s. I'm definitely fitter than I was. I drink less. I take better care of myself. I still think I've got "it" (well at least my husband tells me I do). Oh and my boobs are still perky(ish) I think I look pretty darn good for a woman in her early 40s.

I embrace the aging process and have never been afraid of getting older.

Oh and lastly....things my mother taught me:
    • moisturise, moisturise, moisturise
    • wear supportive knickers - your butt will thank you when you hit 30 and it keeps pointing north (g-strings just don't cut it)
    • wear a bra
    • laugh often
    • embrace who you are
    • age is just a number it doesn't define you

    1. How old are you? 40

    2. How do you feel about getting older? Looking forward to it and have loved every minute of it.

    3. Have you noticed your face starting to age? When did you start noticing? Some days more than others. It depends on how well I have slept or what sort of day I had. My skin has some fine lines around my eyes..laughter lines. I like how my skin has aged, it seems to be ageing reasonably slow, I put that down to genes, my Mum always has fantastic skin.

    4. Do you have a specific skin care routine? If so, does that change as you age? I take my make up off every night and moisturise with Moo Goo Anti ageing morning and night. I wear tinted moisturiser every day. I sometimes use Clinique moisturiser. I wear make up on work days and various other days. Not every day.

    1. How old are you? 35

    2. How do you feel about getting older? Never really think about it

    3. Have you noticed your face starting to age? When did you start noticing? No not really I think I look more like my brother all the time and he is 5 years younger than me so not sure what that says.

    4. Do you have a specific skin care routine? If so, does that change as you age? No - mmm I do nothing apart from wear sunscreen if out and about - I really don't like the feel of anything on my skin - and the thought of handcream makes me feel sick (I don't wear nail polish because it makes my hands feel heavy also, and don't wear any rings because hate the feel - so clearly I have some strange issue going on). In the past I have at various times thought right must do something bought things and used for maybe a week but end of day I hate the feel of everything. I rarely wear makeup if I do am very lax about removing it. Face gets washed in shower and that is about it. Years ago I watched something with this 90 + year old and she had fabulous skin and had only washed with cold water - so I use that to justify myself about doing nothing :-)
