Go to an actual swimwear shop and buy a Tankini.
Not as cheap as KMart etc, but you will get better togs, and they will fit your bust
ETA: Not sure where you are, but there is a place on St Kilda Road, a coupe of blocks up from the St Kilda Town Hall, south bound.
