Once a girl cut my hair really short, I have long hair and asked for 1 inch to be taken off, not 3!!! and I went home and cried, another time I ruined it myself when I acidently grabed a permanant colour instead of the semi I had been putting in... This was only 5 weeks before my wedding... Lordy Lord, I cried for a LONG time
In the 1st instance I went back and complained to the manager and they offered me a free hair cut next time but I told them I would never go back anyway so 'thanks for nothing' iykwim.
The 2nd time I went into hairhouse warehouse and told them what I had done and they gave me a straight colour to dye over my hair with, told me how long to put it in for and by the wedding it will be my natural colour... On the day it was 'perfect' that girl is now my hairdresser!
I'd recommend going back, speaking to the manager, showing them the pic and at the very least they should give you your money back. If you wouldbe happy for them to fix it that is an option too.
