I've never had any issues with UCW.

Yes you have to pick up the parcel from the post office, the people who paid on the day of the party should have their clothes delivered directly to them though.

Yeah, UCW - never really heard anything bad about them. I think the way they do the money etc is a total muck around anyway.
But it's definitely the consultant. Have you called their head office?

I got an answering machine when i called but i will definatatly be following it up.

Yup, definitely a consultant problem. Some consultants give out all the paperwork on the night, but when I used to do it, I would send it off a couple of days after the party, so I could double check all my figures.

Tinks right, whoever paid on credit card will have had their garments sent straight out, and they will be delivered to you. Unfortunately theres not a lot that Head Office can do as its a consultant problem, so it would be better to chase down the consultant. Are you in WA?
