What do you think of the Fendi "spy bag"?

So in my quest for a special hand bag, i initally wanted a vintage Chanel, but i've since deviated a bit and really liking the Fendi Spy bag. It's in no way a classic like the Chanel, but its a bit more my style, chunky handles, cute opening. The only thing i'm wondering might be annoying is the slouchy style, because i'm one of those people who is always riffling through my bag looking for things no matter how small! Do you like the style?

I'm still kind of in two minds about the spy bag. I love the leather ones but I can't stand the monogram ones (hate monogram everything lol). They have the hidden change purse and some interior pockets so you could organise it a bit to reduce rummaging.

ETA - At the moment I'm gaga over Belen Echandia. If you can track one down on ebay it would be an amazing investment.

I think the Spy bag was the IT bag from about 4 or 5 years ago. I think there are other classic bags that aren't so obvious. Have you looked at a Gucci hobo?

mmm i hear you on monograms, they're a bit too busy for my taste.

I don't even like the Chanel bags with the huge CC on the sides, the one i'm so disappointed on missing out on ebay was a 70s quilt style, not the traditional, and it had no logo on the outsides. I just liked the simplicity.

I've gone a bit off the spy bag, its way to slouchy for me, i'm going for a medium sized bag with a solid base... leaning towards chanel again, very classic.

I have one bag in the LV monogram, it was my very first purchase and it's worn very well. I don't care what others think, at least it's not a fake!

The LV Epi range is gorgeous BTW.
