Can't remember them all, but I have the letters in my name; my star sign symbol; a blue bootie representing DS's birth; a turtle because it was cute and several flowery ones, because I liked the colours and style. All were presents from DH (birthdays, Christmas, anniversaries, Mother's Day etc), but I chose most of them - I give DH a short list. Occasionally he chooses something else . It's our special thing - only he gets me charms.

A pram and a dummy to represent DD1 and DD2. A blue circle for my birthstone. A horse that I bought after my horse died. First letter of my name. A cupcake for my love of baking. A moneybag that my godmother bought me for luck. Can't think of the others right now.

A safety chain is a must - I never had mine undo on its own but when I tried to take it off, the charms would often fall off so the safety is handy to prevent that. I also have a flat flower charm that is separate and it's used to undo the clasp. I can't get it off without it.
