I miss winter clothes (although I don't miss winter LOL). *sigh*. I just bought a new pair of Birkenstocks today though - I'll be thinking of them as my 'winter boots'.

I bought a new denim jacket last 'winter' and wore it once. That's right, once. Over a tanktop. I love the climate here but I'm sure there's got to be a middle ground between being able to wear seasonal clothing and freezing one's butt off?

Oh dear Seuss. Maybe you can wear the pinafore/tunics without the long sleeved tops underneath.

I lived in Cairns last year, brought a few pairs of boots on sale at Myers, couldent understand why no one else was buying any! Then ''winter" came and I spent it in denim skirts and flip flops, poor boots never got a look in!

Country Road have choc berets, and an oat colour and a grey. They are a chunky-ish knit though, but still nice...

I'm in Perth and way outside the metro area unforunately, the nearest big shopping centre doesn't even have a myer Hence why i shop online a lot!

There is a Portmans, and some shoe shops which sometimes do hats so i'll have a look, won't have much time though as i'll have the boys with me and they get bored very quickly.

Ahh shopping with little boys, I feel your pain M. (Hey I don't know if you buy Grazia mag, but Portman's website says that if you bring the current Easter mag (out April 5th) into the store you get 20% off til the 18th...)

Not sure about fashion, but what I love the most about winter is being able to dress all in black without getting funny looks.
And boots. I love boots. I just wish I could find mine..

No beret for me I could only make it out to the local Target, i could tell the boys weren't going to be patient for long.

I did look for thick stockings though, i wanted the fine ribbed, almost school girl type but couldn't find any. Plus everything was black or tan! I'm wanting grey or charcoal.....

What? You mean all-black isn't an all-year-round thing?! Baha, I was rifling through my wardrobe this morning: black, black, black, black, black with white polka dots, black, ivory with black print, black, black, black with red sash, black...

Can only do that in Melb, LOL ... When i worked in Melb CBD wearing anything during Winter that was a brighter colour like purple or red other than black or charcoal/grey i'd get funny looks

BLACK is my absolute fav colour to wear all year round when i can (and love it with denim too)
