I am a former nail tech/beauty therapist, if they feel tight and sore that should settle cause they are just stuck on very well, if you have normally really thin nails that may also be why.
If its underneath the edge if the nail or around the cuticle then the have probably filed a bit of your skin which will also settle in a few days.

Thanks hun.
My nails have been really thin and brittle lately since getting sick. Part of the reason why I wanted them on so something about me felt nice!
Will look forward to it settling down. x
