Okay, normally i would gasp at this price and just walk away, but i was given a satchet of this particular creme from a friend and ive been using it for the last few nights and my skin feels gorgeous - so dewy and soft. I just love it. I look so much brighter in the mornings....so i had a google and found it retails for $99 !!. im so tempted.....but feel so guilty. Would you pay this for a moisturiser ????
ETA: i was thinking Mr Rudd can pay for it, rather than my DH ????!!!!!!!!!!
Considering I hesitate at spending $20 on anything...I would say no..
But if it makes you feel awesome and there is nothing else like it...why not treat yourself. Are there any online stores or discount retailers that you might be able to buy it from cheaper?
I wonder if its the brand I am thinking of.. I got a sample pack of a certain brand and its brilliant. Dh has said when I run out (it lasts that long) he will buy me some.. Its just superb
Yep. I pay a bit more than that actually. But that's mostly because a bottle lasts for more than eighteen months, which makes it relatively cost effective compared to some cheaper brands which are less concentrated, and it's organic and entirely plant based with no preservatives, parabens, SLS or synthetics (which I react badly too, especially the fragrances found in many products).
A good tip, if you apply moisturiser onto slightly damp skin you use less. Pressing a damp facewasher against your face or spraying a fine mist of water then putting on the moisturiser helps absorption.
I say yes. I have just started looking after my skin after years of neglect and am kicking myself for not doing so earlier. If the moisturiser makes you feel good and better than any other has, then go for it
If I tried it and it was better than anything I could make at home with my aromatherapy and base/raw ingredients, then probably! I'd be making the most of my buck and using Origins' Never A Dull Moment to make sure I was getting the most out of it, and not 'moisturising' dead skin But then, I have a Lancome Juicy Tubes habit...one is definitely not enough and 4 is still going very lean on your Juicy Tube needs...
Of course I would. I spend a lot of money on make up and moisturisers and hair products. People say there is no difference between cheap and expensive products, but I really do beg to differ.
Besides, one bottle of moisturiser would last a long time...so really you divide how many months it lasts you by $99 and it really doesnt seem so much in the scheme of things.
I spend around $200 on make up alone every 3 months.
