My brother and sister both have one, and apparently they aren't painful - my sister tells me the tops of her feet were much more painful.

I had the top of my foot done last summer and it was painful enough to put me off anay more until nowso that makes me very happy to hear

i have one on my wrist ankle and am currently getting my back done.. my back hurt more then the others!
