    Awesome, I was just coming in to ask the same thing!! Do you need to whizz it at the end though or does it break down enough on its own? I don't have a food processor or blender atm.

    Yep Jen, i have recently made one with fresh coconut milk, ginger, onions, garlic and a few other bits and bobs, it was sensational!

    Long time in answering huh Willow I tend to wizz mine with a stick blender, just coz I don't like lumps. I would recommend wizzing it, coz the way mine turns out it's too watery to be a chunky soup, but too chunky to be a true liquid soup - not that that makes any sense
