how do you do a roast pork in the slow cooker? spray oil in the bottom so it doesnt stick? brown it off first? put any liquids in there? put it in a little alfoil tray so it doesnt sit in juices? how do you get the crackling? take the skin off first then slow cook it and grill skin? or cook it with skin on then cut off and grill?
I sit mine on alfoil balls with a little water in the bottom. For crackle I take it off before I put the pork in the slow cooker and do it in the oven/grill. I only do crackel from leg though it never works for me if the cut is from the sholder.
