2 cups of rice
500g of frozen mixed veg
Chicken pieces (I normally take a 2kg pack)
1 packet of Brown Onion soup
1 packet of Mushroom soup (or any other personal favourite)

Place rice in a LARGE oven dish, sprinkle half the packets of soup over the rice and mix well with a fork. Place the frozen vegies on top of the rice and pack the chicken on top of the frozen veg. Sprinkle the last of the soup over the chicken. Pour water over the dish untill all the rice and veg is covered.

Place in a pre-heated oven (180 degrees) and bake for +/- 1 hour or untill cooked, checking occasionally to make sure the rice has enough water.

Preparation time is 5 minutes and it is a life saver on a busy day. Easily feeds 6 to 8 people, or leftovers for the next day.
