I wish i could say something that would make this all magically better but as you know there are no words that can do that.. What i can tell you however is everything you wrote in that post is completely normal and i felt that was as well. I am so sorry Koby xx
There is no answer. I too would like not to belong to the "clubs" that I do but here we are Each subsequent pregnancy after Caitlyn was different. DS I found "easier" than DD. DS meant I could think of it as a completely different pregnancy. With DD I was fearful and had delayed bonding because I doubted whether I could ever take home a live baby girl. In the end I just had to think that there was a choice to be made. I could choose to be fearful and scared and not enjoy the pregnancy / my baby or I could choose to love with everything I had, knowing there was a chance that it could all be taken away. Because, ultimately, there are no certainties in life (or death) and we have to live and love like there is no tomorrow. But it is such a difficult step to take. Like walking off a cliff. It wasn't easy and some days that fear came back in full flight, but that is normal too.
Everything you are feeling is normal. There is no rule book. I am more than happy to share more if you want to know / ask something specific.
