I am sorry to hear that another angel baby has grown wings, Grace Kathleen is a beautiful name, and i am sure your little Angel was beautiful and perfect I am so sorry she isnt here with you now xoxox

I bet the last few weeks have been a blur- and life will continue to be a messy blur for some time still , its very difficult to find your feet again after loosing a child, you will stumble for as long as it takes, and i hope you are surrounded by some strong arms around you to help hold you up! You have found a wonderful community here on BB, sadly, alot of women have walked this path you are on and we can tell you its damn hard, and it hurts, and it isnt easy, but after time, you do come out of the blur, and life does continue, its just a very different life than what we hoped for.

Your little Grace will always be part of your life, and she will always be in your thoughts and in your heart, carry her with you always, and remember her forever xoxoxox
