Tily - oh sweetie, Lucy is just perfectly beautiful. Her lips really do stand out, and look like such little rosy rosebubs. Such a precious lil girl. I too love the short with the wedding bands and Lucy's tiny angelic hands on DH's. Your bridal set is gorgeous too. Question, why does DH wear his ring on his middle finger? And I saw your ticker, congratulations. I know it doesn't feel like this new lil bubba just starting out inside will get here safely, but it can happen. You just have to believe in your lil one, they can do it, and so you can. It's not an easy journey, but you can do it. My lil ones gone too soon were 8 weeks, 22 weeks, 14 weeks and 19 weeks. I know everyone's journey is different, but I just wanted to let you know, dreams can come true if you're brave enough to try, and believe. I'll be thinking of you and sending you lots of love and strength.

I have finally ( thanks to Tily's link ) worked out how I can link some photos of my wee ones here..... I couldn't access all of my photos, so there are none of Amelia in the album, but there is one of Nicholas and I and Sophie and I. I'll work out how to access all of the photos, and add one of Amelia and let you know.

Dory- Thank you for your kind words. It is so hard to trust that my body can do this, I'm not sure that it can?
I miss my little girl so much. It is so strange to be pregnant again already. The ticker in my head is not saying I am almost 6 weeks it is saying I would be 36 weeks this week. My thoughts are consumed with how I would have been, how would I have coped in the heat, how big and fat would I have been at Christmas??
Now I have to change my mindset, I have this new baby to focus on, to be strong for.

I had to look twice at the photo of our hands. DH's wedding band IS in his ring finger. Lucy's right hand is on his little finger!

Tily, ahh, thanks for sorting that lil puzzle out for me....... Ultimately until you get to hold a healthy at term baby in your arms, you won't really believe in your heart of hearts that you can do it, but until then you will do the best you can... well in my experience, but until then it is possible to at least believe in each moment, even if you can't quiet imagine a happy ending. I never could imagine that it would be me to have a happy ending, and I spent a lot of time planning funerals whilst pregnant. The grim reality for angel mummas. When is your EDD for Lucy? Must be late February/early March? I wish you didn't have to be having these doubts, and this emotional confusion about how far you are along. I can't remember feeling that way myself, or at least I didn't let my self think about how far along I would have been had any of the other pregnancy''s not ended early? I just tried to live in the moment, Amelia, my first angel taught me that, from week 8 in our pregnancy. What a gift huh? It's hard to be pregnant and recently bereaved, but in a way I think it's harder not to be pregnant...? Anyway, do you have anything planned for Lucy's EDD? I've found it helps to try to have some things in mind in case you feel up to it, but if you don't, no harm, but if you do and no plans, it makes you feel even more like a dud than you already feel. It doesn't have to be much, but just something to mark the day and what might have been.

Dory- Lucy's EDD was Jan 31st. My DH and I plan to walk down to the beach for the sunset and take a photo of her name in the sand. We are just spending the day together at home with our 2 puppies.
Hopefully, as we move into February and past Lucy's EDD I can begin to live in the moment and enjoy the passing weeks of this pregnancy.
    xx

Tylers Mummy - I know what you mean about not expecting your wee one to come so soon, and not really knowing what you want to do. I regret that we didn"t give Amelia a bath, and it wasn't suggested.
