Just plain flour Mel and we didn't decorate them with sugar so didn't worry about that part but yes I assume the same that it's just normal sugar... Ice them or eat them plain, just as yummy!! x

Mel you crack me up but I should't laugh because I 'think" its just that chunky a$$ sugar that looks like the sugar you put in coffee
