    Red face baked cheese cake?

    My mum goes on about a baked cheese cake that DOESNT have a biscuit base at all. She use to work in a baker as a teenager in Germany and she would always tell me know yummy they were.

    I would love to surprise her and cant find a dame reciepe anywere...friggen google does my head in.

    Can anyone help me out? please????

    I will ask DH tomorrow is that too late? He is alseep now...he may know a receipe, he had a German teacher.
