I just made these tonight... sort of tossing things in as I go so just guessing qty here...
125gm butter softened
1/2 cup sugar
1/2 cup brown sugar
1 egg
1 cup plain flour
1 tsp baking powder
1 cup self raising flour
1 banana mashed
1 tsp cinnamon
1 tsp vanilla essence
1 1/2 cup quick oats
1/2 tsp salt
1 small packet dark choc chips
*combine butter, sugars and vanilla in a bowl & beat with electric mixer (or by hand but that takes too long). Add egg & beat again. Add banana & mix in well. Mix together the rest of the ingredients in a separate bowl & add in batches until combined. Now I can't do this, but if it is too dry add some milk. Then add choc chips.
I bake on around 180 until browned slightly on top.
Oh maaaaannnnnnn! How am I ever going to maintain a healthy pg weight gain if I keep coming in here?! You girls just keep coming up with the goods! Thanks Christy
