Caramel Dumplings

DP begs me to make these every Winter (Golden Syrup Dumplings) ... I'm a huge fan too

Yep, I reckon the trick is in the ' Knife ' combining the flour mix ... makes the dumplings fluffier somehow rather than mixing with a steel or wooden spoon which I've tried

I use Brown Sugar instead ... gives an extra caramel taste & also a squeeze of lemon juice in the sauce (don't know why it's just in the recipe I have, LOL) !!
