    Ive never made a cheesecake either! So I dont have any tips for you!

    Ahhhhhhhhhhhhh (we need a drooling smilie). Me too.

    I third/fourth/fifth the Philly website for heaps of ideas. Worth trying the baked versions, much more intense flavour and not difficult at all. Just leave the oven open a little bit as it cools to prevent cracks.

    I really, really want cheesecake now.
