200g dark chocolate
160g cream
= chocolate ganache.
you can halve that, but I think more is better than less![]()
Do I just whisk it together in a saucepan?
Heat up the cream first. Chop the chocolate finally and pour the hot cream over the chocolate. Let it sit for 5 mins then stir till combined. Perfect ganache. Every time.
It is iced!
DH says he prefers it this way!
