Thanks for the recipe Cailin, I might give it a whirl..the only thing is, I know its a bit of a mission as I would need to make a pav as well - I just couldn't bring myself to toss out so many egg whites.

I'll get back to you Rachel on that offer. There is an english grocery shop in town here that MIGHT have something similar stocked. Just have to get off my arse and find it..:-)
