    - Lemon tart (when I have time to spare I make one with lemon, orange, lime and kaffir lime - stirring the custard for about 1 and a 1/2 hours is kind of like a Zen exercise in patience and the result is sooooo good!).
    - Creme brulee
    - Really really good dark chocolate in small doses.
    - Yummy fruit in season - poached in winter, tropical in summer. With double cream, or yoghurt, or icecream, or sorbet, or just by itself.
    - Home made icecream or sorbet. I have a cheap cr**py little ice-cream maker and it is great. So far my favourite has been mango and coconut.
    - Cheesecake. Proper baked cheesecake. Mmmmm.
    - Puddings. Chocolate self saucing pudding. Sticky date pudding. Pumpkin and ginger pudding. My grandma's Christmas pudding.

This is making me soooooo hungry.

Tiramisu. The best I ever tasted was in Paris, go figure!
