    Mmhh that makes it more difficult of course. Def try what Rouge said - sounds like a good plan. Make a little test batch and see if it sets. Otherwise try the skittles! Or even red M&Ms?!? Just pull em out before they melt! Hehe Experimenting is half the fun of baking!

    What Rouge said. Add the dye to the cream and slowly add in the melted chocolate. It takes a bit of time, but can be done.

    Turns out skittles aren't the red socks of the culinary world. Maybe I should have used M&M's instead.

    I just used milk chocolate. It looks ok.
