I made it last night but it was still slightly liquidy after a 2-3 hours in the fridge. I guess i did not leave it to heat long enough. I will re-heat it and try again tonight. I added some condensed milk too, because the caramel was too rich. The taste is to die for though!

Do you just put them on top before it sets? Or do you wait until it is set, then cut it and then decorate the individual pieces?

Still looks nice though. I couldn't find golden cachous in the local shops, so I used silver instead. It's soo pretty!
