How long before christmas can you make this if you're planning on giving them away? Do you have to keep them in the fridge if it's hot or do they hold together ok? Could I package it into cellophane bags and if so, would I need to put it in pieces or just as a (scored) slab?
I've had this stuff in my fridge for a few weeks and it's kept fine (in a sealed container). Even if you cut them up - they stick together a bit.. HTH!
