No problems at all. I know what it's like when you are having a late night panic, have to do baking and don't know what to do or have any ingredients! Been there myself many times

It will definitely be set. I just cut mine up about 15 mins ago and I probably made it at about 3 hours ago.

Oh Rouge, you're a star! BTW, your fudge looks amazing. I think I went a bit overboard with the decoration... Still looks nice though. I couldn't find golden cachous in the local shops, so I used silver instead. It's soo pretty!

Well, it's in the fridge now. I hope I did it right. How long do you normally leave it on the stove for? Just until everything is combined? I wasn't sure, and I didn't want to burn the chocolate either. It kind of 'came away' from the sides of the pot. Is that right? Ahhh I'm scared!!! No time to make a new batch so this one will have to do!

Oh, and when I went shopping I had some great ideas for when I make the fudge for just DP and I... like using Chilli chocolate... I reckon that would be wicked. Or I saw some toasted coconut chocolate... I reckon that would be super nice too. Gotta love experimenting!

lol, I made this yesterday while DD was in one of her moods but in my haste I forgot to grease the pan... It looks like I'm, just going to have to eat it out with a spoon
