Fertility Fruit Bun recipe makes good cinnamon rolls. You just knead the dough out flat on a floured board, then brush with melted butter, cinnamon and brown sugar, roll it up like a carpet and slice into wheels.

Pioneer woman is the best at cinnamon scrolls. And you don't need a mixer.
We just had cinnamon scroll pancakes with maple frosting... which is too funny as I never saw this thread
