HELP - Chocolate Cake

Hi. I tried to make mini teddy bear cakes today for my son's first birthday party tomorrow. But they kept sticking to the bottom of the cake pan, so now I have heaps of chocolate cake pieces. What ideas do you have to use up all this chocolate cake (other than a trifle)?

You can use cake crumbs to make into chocolate truffle kinda balls.... HTH
