    Marshmallow fondant

Has anyone made/used it before? It looks really easy to make and I'm thinking of giving it a go for when I make Ds3 christening cake

I made it for DDs Iggle Piggle cake. It sucked lol. About two weeks before I trialed it and it seemed great, on the day it wouldn't roll out properly, it was somehow too sticky and too dry at the same time. I think I didn't measure out all the parts properly the second time because I wanted different quantities.

If you can get it right though, it tastes better than the regular kind and can be good to work with.

Once you get the consistency right, it works well. I found that as soon as it stops being sticky, it's usable. Easy to make, tasty to work with lol.

It makes a very tasty icing! I use it sometimes, but you can't roll it as thin as shop bought proper fondant.
