I must admit I had never heard of this until today when I picked my biggest boy up from his 3rd day at kinda and he announced that they had pancakes today because it's pancake day. lol

We just have a cup of milk, cup of flour, 1 egg and 1/2 cup of sugar. Then lemon and sugar on top
