I've just cooked up a batch of pumpkin scones and have a ton of left over mashed pumpkin. I know there's a chocolate cake recipe that uses pumpkin but the version I know is using a packet choc cake, which I don't have.

Do you have a recipe that uses pantry staples instead? Or know the quantity of flour/cocoa that would be in the packet choc cake?
